Safety
Every decision starts with the safety of the people we support.
About Us
New Beginnings Support Services works alongside people affected by violence and abuse, providing safe accommodation, practical help and steady support towards independence.
New Beginnings Support Services is the trading name of Property and New Beginnings UK CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 15998593). We combine safe accommodation with hands-on support so that people leaving harm have somewhere to go and someone to help them plan what comes next.
To support people affected by domestic abuse and violence towards safety, stability and genuine new beginnings — with practical help, confidential accommodation and respect at every stage.

Every decision starts with the safety of the people we support.
People are treated with respect, never defined by what has happened to them.
Information is handled carefully and shared only when necessary.
We listen without judgement and support at each person's own pace.
We build practical independence, not dependence on services.
We work openly with professionals, agencies and community partners.
We support adults and families affected by domestic abuse and violence, including people who need to move quickly to a place of safety, and those rebuilding stability afterwards. Support is offered regardless of background, and we work with referring professionals to make sure needs are properly understood.
Practical first, and always led by the person. That means a prepared room and essentials on arrival, clear information about options, help with the paperwork that so often becomes a barrier, and consistent contact with a team that follows through.
Safeguarding shapes how we work and how we communicate. We never publish the location of our refuge, never share identifying details of the people we support, and never use photographs that could reveal a person or a place. Records are kept securely and information is shared only where there is a clear safeguarding or consent basis for doing so.
Alongside accommodation, we work with local partners on practical community support — from essential-item provision to helping people connect with services, training and everyday routines that build confidence.
