Who Can Make a Referral

  • Local authority teams, housing officers and social workers.
  • Police, health professionals and domestic abuse services.
  • Charities, community organisations and support workers.
  • Individuals seeking support for themselves (self-referral).

What Happens After a Referral

  1. 1. We acknowledge it. A member of the team reviews the referral and makes contact using your preferred method.
  2. 2. We talk it through. We check current availability and whether our support fits the person's needs.
  3. 3. We agree next steps. If we can help, we plan a safe arrival. If we cannot, we will be honest and suggest other routes.
